How To Check The Value Of An Active CCAM File On A Zgemma H2S box

Hello Tech Kings Community,

I cant seem to find a way to check what the active CCAM line is being used on a box using the remote and navigating the menus on the Zgemma H2S box.

As I have multiple boxes in multiple households I would rather check that I don't have any duplications.

Does anyone know if there is a quick way to read the cam file from an active working box without removing a USB key and plugging it into a PC.

Tried looking through Forums for an answer but couldn't find one.

Thanks

Steve

Found Part of Answer

Menu > Info Panel > Softcam Panel

Address line field gives CCam Line

Softcam panel gives some information but cant see the rest of the line to check the whole line.

Eg Softcam Panel Displays

Address: <DOMAIN>.<DOMAIN EXTENSION> [SPACE] <5 DIGIT NUMBER>

Actual Line is

<DOMAIN>.<DOMAIN EXTENSION> [SPACE] <5 DIGIT NUMBER> [SPACE] <LETTER & 4 DIGIT NUMBER> [SPACE] <3 DIGIT NUMBER & A LETTER>

If anyone knows how I can view the whole CCAM line using the remote it would be appreciated.

If you have so many boxes would it not be easier to make a note of which lines you've put on which box as you go.

If you had duplicate lines in diffrent houses they wouldn't work as its vlassed as sharing and your ip addresses would be blocked by the server.

Use filezilla to connect to each box and make a copy of each line bit of a task if you have a few boxes out there

Thanks Pippin, I will give that a shot. The keys had different domains so that helped differentiate them but cheers for giving me an answer as I hadnt found it.

Hi Alien Heads, Yeah it would have been. I had set them up originally and its only because someone was trying to help by fixing the boxes themselves in my absence that the confusion arose. I needed to make sure that I wasnt duplicating the lines. There shouldn't have been any need to check the lines otherwise.

Hi Dilly,

That's why I needed to check what the server address lines were. The issue here is someone had been trying to help and it meant that I longer knew what line had been placed on each box. Had it been left, I would have known what had been used. I dont even like using duplicate lines in the same household nevermind in different locations unless a multiline code for that property has been requested.

I know its not difficult but I was wanted to avoid ftp'ing the box. I knew what the cam lines were for the other places so I didnt need remote access. I just wanted to know how to view the cam line in use with the box locally that I could use through the menus with a zgemma remote.
