How to check what image version and firmware version my h2h box has??

Hi guys please can somebody let me know from checking on my boxes menu, where i can find out exactly what image is flashed on there, as well as the firmware??

As once i know this, i should be able to understand how i go forward with getting a gift line and how to add it to the box.
