How to configure Windows 10 firewall to allow me download torrents

I have bought a new computer with windows 10 on and I can't download anything using Deluge client. It worked great on my old PC which ran windows 7, anyone know how to configure firewall to allow it

Control panel/System and secrurity/Windows Defender Firewall/Allowed Applications
