How to create a backup image?

Due to all the reports of boxes crashing after software updates, I have decided to make a backup of my box, but I have no idea how to do this....can anyone get me instructions?

I know how to backup settings using WBConfig, but how do I backup the whole box.....also, should I ever need to re-flash, how do I do this?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

A zgemma folder is also created on the root of the HDD that can be copied to a USB stick to flash from USB)

or

Click green button 'USB'.
(The USB drive must contain a blank text file named backupstick which can be created in notepad)
