How to create an online portal for my m3u file

Hi
I am new to this IPTV thing... So sorry if I make silly questions.

I wanted to use Smart STB on my smart TV. I have tested it with a trial line and it worked perfectly and the UI is great.

I was wondering if I could purchase an IPTV m3u list from a provider, then edit it to my liking (favourites, groups, etc) and use it in Smart STB.

The first problem I can think of is that in Smart STB there is no option of uploading my m3u file, but they ask for a portal link.

I have no idea what this is, and how can I create a portal for my m3u file (if possible)?

Not only I want to remove Adult, but want to sort the channels to my liking.
1-BBC1
2-BBC2
3-BBC3
......
Yes im a bit of OCD!
 
Don't think it's possible mate now if was xtream editor or something like that then you may have been able too
 
I found this editor:
Human Verification - ERD IPTV Editor

and I have researched and I think can use notepad to edit channels too.

If I manage to edit the channels, how can I make a portal for the list??

Or, maybe there is another way.
This editor lets me edit channels from URL Portal.
If I edit, will I then be able to save it directly in the portal? Or its a waste of time and I might not have permission to change the contents?
