How to Get 100GB of Free OneDrive Storage

We've already talked some of the reasons you might want to leave Dropbox for another service, and now there's another.

Right now, Microsoft is attempting to lure Dropbox users to its rival OneDrive cloud offering, incentivising the switch by giving defectors 100GB of free storage space for up to a year.

To grab the offer, just head over to the OneDrive website, verify your Dropbox account, and you should be away.

OneDrive standardly offers users 15GB of complementary space - well above the 2GB Dropbox provides - but this deal is well better.

Even if you don't necessarily want to use OneDrive as your primary cloud storage service, it might be worth setting up an account to take an advantage of the offer. At the very least, you could use the extra space to stash away large files you don't need to access regularly.

Early reports indicate the offer is available globally.
