How to record on h9s

Hello All, I decided to change h2s for a H9s but can't get it to record, it says no tuner available to record ?

Normally recording function takes presidence over viewing,do you have something setup in timers.
1 tuner should allow you to view and record same program.
I will assume you have something to record on and setup ext4.
