How to Remove Old IPTV Channel Categories?

Hi,

Looking for a bit of help if possible. I have just finished my first IPTV trial, which wasn't great. I'm in the process of getting another trial but wondered how to remove old IPTV menus from my EPG? For instance I have movies-IPTV, SPORTS-IPTV etc.

The supplier had me install Xstream, which I removed thinking that would do it but I still see these un-used menus in EPG. Preferably I wouldn't need to reflash my box, but will do this if its the only option.

I just press tv button,arrow down to a iptv to be removed, press menu , arrow down to remove ,ok.repeat on every folder.

Once you have removed them reboot the box and see if they come back or not before you try to install a new trial
