How to solve shut down issue

Whenever I shut down my laptop, I get the trying to close program screen. It can't close it down so I have to manually close it before it will shut down. How to you solve this issue. It's annoying. It's control centre program or something.

That's what's running right now. But I've found the programs that are causing it. It's this one:

And sometime the hotkey programs. So they are the inbuilt programs. Where would I find updates for them pal?
