Hi,
This is my first box set up, thanks to all the brilliant help on here I've learnt a lot & just got it all configured to my liking including recording to HDD.
This morning when I switched on I only have FTA channels working.
So far I have restarted the softcam, deleted the Bouquets and rescanned and have done a service scan, then restarted my modem.
Everything is found & completes ok, channels are listed & the EPG is working normally except some of the channel name are listed as N/A
Does this mean that the line is down?
I don't want to go complaining to my seller until I know for sure everything else is working.
So far I have seen suggestions that the channels may have moved (not sure how to fix that?) or a problem with my VMBroadband DNS settings? Do I change that on the box or my modem?
