I've changed cash into crypto and within 5 minutes it's gone down by 25,% bloody bonkers

Sometimes goes the other way as well ...up up up lol

I ve been using kraken lately. I find easy to use , you can transfer in money straight from your bank account or use PayPal I think aswell.

its extremely simple.

yes i know , he cheaper with crypto, i was just dont understand , i just put enough in my account , to pay for it but i was only allowed send half and says i have nothing left, its like stole half of it, can i ask is revelut easier to use than phantom is a nightmare, i got revelut app but never used it. cheers anyway.

Fees probably best use something like revolt very easy to use crypto on that fees not too bad

Personally I use krAken at the moment, but look at the the post from @lamblamb , for another option which may be easier.
