all the settings are different, depending on who your provider is. Is this a new phone, or has it stopped working for you? the easiest way to sort this, is, as Sinno says, get your provider to send them to you, then you don't even have to bother with entering the info into the phone.
If you get the settings from your providers website, here is where to find the MMS settings
1.From the Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings > Wireless & networks.
2.Tap Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
3.On the APNs screen, press MENU and then tap New APN.
4.On the Edit access point screen, enter the APN settings. Tap an APN setting item to edit it.
5.Press MENU and then tap and Save. Data
