i/0 message from external harddrive

Hi, I got this i/o message.I have valuable photographs on this drive is there any way or software that will allow me to get them I have tried Pc Inspector file recovery which I found was no good, plz help

The hard drive may still be good and accessible plus it could be a circuit problem on the psb, below is a video tutorial on how to access your files by removing the hard drive from the unit and placing it in your pc anything is worth a try at this stage....hope this helps.

You could try on another pc/laptop first. Just to be sure it's the drive.
