i55 No Video. Help please

My mate has a Zgemma i55 which I have flashed for him with OpenATV 6.2 and Xtream downloader etc.
Bouquets & EPG all downloaded OK and will display correctly. Problem is that selecting any channel results in nothing. The channel info is all there, but no video or sound.
Have PuTTY'd e2m3u2bouquet but makes no difference.
Any idea how to get it all to burst into life?

DHCP is on. Same as on my own box.
Everything seems to be the same on both boxes (except mine is on OpenVIX - thinking of changing to ATV tho.)
Mine works properly, Mate's doesn't.
 
When you say xtream is it tv or editor can't see it been image related ask your provider to kick your line for you if editor get your username password url and try Jedi
 
Xtream downloader works OK. Have the line-id from the supplier. That enabled me to download EPG etc.
Can't see any TV channels when pressing OK on a programme in a bouquet.
