You can go anywhere you like as there's no one going to stop you.

No you have to stay indoors seal all the doors and windows and get a clean air purifier etc do not contact anyone on the outside world .

Was Sick bit better now need to go shopping and what to go to the pub but sick note runs out next week

If you're off sick with, for instance, an upset stomach and your work hear that you've been in the pub sinking pints then they'd be well within their rights to question whether you were fit to be in work.
If you're off sick with, for instance, a broken leg from a manual job then there's no way you can be in work so you can sit in the pub to your heart's content.
Ultimately it'll depend on your employers sickness and absence policy if they have one. Most policies are based on Acas guidance and will usually take a dim view of you partaking in social activities if you're claiming not to be fit for work. With some exceptions eg broken bones, stress related illnesses and others.

You've got to eat so shopping and being out in your car is perfectly acceptable under most circumstances.

Well Fusion once again without full information we cannot advise, but if you have two broken legs I would advise against driving the car
My employer encourages people to get out and about when they're off sick in most cases - fresh air and a bit of exercise is good for you.

Get well soon. Fresh air, sunlight and exercise are conducive to most ailments. Take the necessary precautions to keep yourself protected, last thing you want is to make yourself worse.
