What make and model box is it?
Have you got an initialised usb in the back?

Yes because the process needs storage for the new image.
Initialise a usb and try the command line again

There may not be an image for that box.
Have you tried openatv nightly builds?
Flash plain openatv then run grogbuild command line if you want openatv instead of vix

You have to format using FAT32
Then put the unzipped folder on the formatted usb and into the box.
Power on and click the standby button til it starts to flash
