Installing duplex on Samsung smart tv/ cannot get picture????

afternoon all, at my sons trying to install duplex iptv,, have followed instructions by the letter , everything is on screeen, his name, channels etc etc, however “No picture whatsoever “ just a message saying,,,” stream may not be found or connection is down( prepare failed) retrying “ Had this message on Sunday so thought there maybe a problem, returned today , same message,,, any idea what we are doing wrong,,please keep it simple folks we both are far from techies,,,, many thanks.
