Internal Twin Tuner Card

Hi All,
I've got an Internal Twin Tuner Card and looking at installing into a PC runnings Windows 7 64bit.

Anyone got any idea on how I could then get something like OPENVIX onto it or should I install LINUX on the PC instead?

Totally new to me but will give me something to do on the run up to the Darts season ;)

Well, I thought I have a spare PC and a spare Card.. perhaps I could get it installed.
I tried this before but the Windows Media software was very hit and miss.. not great....
 
Openelec with TVHeadend. Works great! And if you've a twin tuner get a Raspberry Pi and voilà, multiroom.
