internet connection sign??

hi all after some help, my mams box is now showing no internet connection in the top left corner of the screen.

I have rebooted both the box and the router. but its still showing it.... although the box is working fine and all channels etc are working??

any ideas??

If all your channels are working then you could disable the internet check by pressing the Green button on your remote and select wb config, use the arrow keys on the remote to change 'Check internet connection on startup' to no and then press green to save the changes. Press exit until you get back to tv screen and then hold down power button on your remote and when menu appears select Restart GUI
