Internet not working advice needed

On bt using a asus rt-ac68u router connected to a Huawei echolife hg612 34b openreach modem, been working fine for a couple of years, but now it's not connecting to the Internet.
I've reset router but still no Internet, 3 green lights on modem and blue lights shown on router.
Advice needed on reconnecting to Internet

Yes tv ps4 fire box and phones wireless, mobiles connected but says no Internet connection

Mobiles say connected ( no Internet access) wifi

TV can't connect right now, wired

Fire TV flashing orange light says a network error, wired

Ps4 network test Internet connection failed, wired

So no connection to anything then.
Unplug the modem and devices then wait 3 mins.
Reboot modem and wait til fully rebooted then try boxes/phones etc

All sorted now, Internet has just started working again this morning.
Looks like it's been on Bt 's side as never touched anything, I've just ordered another modem aswell thinking the one I've got was playing up, looks like that will be a spare now.
