Internet Stopped Working on Zgemma H2H

Hi Everyone,

I really hope anyone can shed some light to this problem that has occured by itself.

Info:
Open ATV with Wooshbuild Infinity
Wired Connection.
Just using the box for the free satellite channels and for IPTV via Xtreme Editor.

For some reason the box is refusing to connect to my router.

Under Network - Adapter Settings DCHP 0N - I always get:

IP Address N/A
Netmask N/A
Gateway N/A
Primary DNS - is my router IP address
Secondary DNS 0.0.0.0

When I log into my router I don't see the box under DCHP

Even when I turn DCHP off and enter the above manually I always get below Network Test Results:

LAN adapter - LAN connection green tick
Local Network - disconnected no green tick
DCHP - enabled
IP address - unconfirmed no green tick
Nameserver - unconfirmed no green tick

I have reset the box and router many times. All other wired and wireless connect to my router with no problems, it is just the box.

First thing to do try another Ethernet cable reboot your router and zgemma.

I tried another Ethernet cable and thankfully all is working again! The green light at the back of the box is now flashing and DCHP works.

After all the other troubleshooting I have been doing, it turns out the ethernet cable decided to fail.
