has your mag got a static IP that is outside your network.?
make sure DHCP is turned on in your mag
turn off mag
then reboot router, wait a few minutes, turn on mag
perhaps total info might help
we had an old wire internet from sfr the mag box worked fine but the service was crap and never enough to watch live football. we dug a 150 meter trench and had fiber installed. now we have a free box and a pop extension. my computer works with a direct cable or wifi. the tv works with a cable from the pop. the mag box has never worked just says no internet. it shows ethernet and wifi enabled but no internet. allway showing ip N/A on both
if I use my mobile the mag works but I am using data in enormous quantities footy season and F1 will burn through this in days
any ideas before I run it all over with the car

What you mean is you want a new iptv provider?
Has your old line expired?
If not it should still work.
If you need new line ask in iptv request thread

So you need to request for a trial but not many providers are giving url out.
And if using smarters player on LG you need to find a provider who has paid for their dns to be added to smarters player
