hi can anyone help with this problem .my pc is running very slow,and a pop up is saying ip address a conflict of interest. what can that be.

it seems to me it could be a virus, i once had that problem, running a full system scan fixed the problem for me, but like Gman said give us more information so we can find a solution to your problem.
