ipod shuffle problem

just went to sought the others shufle out, it came up re-synce all files will be deleted did`nt thihink nothing of it as my honey was getting bored with the music it on it, but now it will not let us download anything on to it. any ideas please as im getting very frustrated.:bang head:
 
still coming up no music loaded, downloads to the pc but not the shuffle any help please.:bang head:
 
I have no experience with iTunes whatsoever as i dont own any Apple products. But this may help if you are stuck dee:

got it sorted had to reregister in in my others name but all up and working, i can now not worry about the is it fixed yet conversation when she gets home.:doh:
