IPTV audio description

Hi I am using IPTV on my zGemma H2S and on Sky One and I think it happened on another channel too, there is like an audio description... "Marge walks over to Bart.." that sort of thing.

Not sure if it's my suppliers stream, my zGemma settings or something else?

I have the same problem. It happens on my zgemma and my mag 256 so it's obviously a supply issue. I have emailed them so waiting a response.
Not sure if it's my suppliers stream, my zGemma settings or something else?
