Iptv channels black screen

Hi I have iptv trial, the bouquet and epg load however all channels blank. Tried to change player to dvb, iptv player and g streamer but still no joy. Rebooted loads of time and nothing. Brand new box with wooshbuild infinity.

Any help would be appreciated

Make sure your ISP 'nanny settings' are disabled
make sure your box is actually connected to the internet.
check with your provider.

Connections are fine. Provider checked settings and said looked OK and to change the player to g stream restart but not worked either. It's strange because a week ago had trial from another provider which wasn't the best kept buffering but all channels and vod were on.
