IPTV channels not updating M3U

Can anyone give advice on how I can update the channel names on my IPTV channels as they are not updating to latest channel names for instance SKY LIVING - SKY WITNESS etc and because of this some channels have stopped working because of signal changes. I've spoken to my REP who is looking into but wondered if there is something I am able to do easily. When I check my box EXTREND ET8000 says their is a software error and is unable to update channels. Channels are being run through TSMedia...

Ts media is not the best tbh. Can your supplier not give you another way to run your Iptv.

thanks for replying been away as been ill these last few weeks, asked but they said they only use TS Media, is their a IPTV channel updater I can use
