iptv for smart tv

Hi don't know if this is the right area, but we currently have iptv (xstream), and since we updated our internet to fibre max, we have a message coming up... no internet access, access denied. I've checked the usual network test, rebooted etc. Still not working. HELP!!!

Sign in to my virgin media goto apps set your security shields to off see if that works

the same principal applies with regardss to what @linesman66 was saying, get into your Sky broadband account settings and turn off shield / other protection measures and retry
