Iptv freezing

I got vu solo 2 running vix latest image 5.3.034. Running iptv via xe plugin. It will work fine for about 1 min then just freezes. Have to change channel then it fine again for another min. What could it be? Has to be plugin or box settings. It did used to work fine. I tried the iptv on my phone and it works fine.
 
Have you tried reboot of router and device to rule out isp throttling.
What are your settings set to i.e iptv player do you have service app installed and running on your box.
Is your box on WiFi or hardwired spoken to your provider about what is happening
 
Yes tried reboot. However cable line working fine.
Iptv player set to gstreamer.
Vix image has service app as standard. Can it be the setting in there?
Hard wired from router.
Provider not very good with enigma boxes.
 
I've had trouble with xe plugin in the past.
Can you use jedimaker plugin instead?
Do you have the m3u from provider?

Try setting IPTV player in XE to DVB instead
 
Any1 in here running enigma 2 box on vix image can help me resolve my issue? Or will i have to flash box with like openatv image? Dont want to do that if not needed as have to add cams, ABM, epg etc for like my other tuners on the box sat and cable.

Have you service app installed? What's your iptv player set too ask your provider to see if your line is set to 1.
on his xe panel have you thought about a teat line to rule out issues with your isp connection or see if it is a hardware problem.
What version xe are you using 3.06 or 3.07
 
Yes service app is installed as standard on vix.
Ill ask service provider if line is set to 1 tomorrow, they closed now.
Yes i might ask him for test line to see if that fixes issue.

I was on about a trial from different provider and if its set to one tell him to change 4097
 
Oh ok ill ask some1 Tom for a test line on xe plugin and supplier to change player from 1 to 4097. Can the provider only change this?

You are chasing ghosts.
You said in your OP it played ok on android?
I asked what app you used and you didn't reply.
It's not going to be server related if it works OK on another device/app

Sorry must have missed your question. The android app is my providers own app. Dont know if i can mention the name in here? And yes works fine on my phone samsung s9 via their App.
