iptv how to on zgemma

hi
i bought a zgemma box a few years back haven't used it since sky started to block the channels.

i want to still utilise the box, can anyone show me an idiots guide on how to flash the box, and what plug in everyone would recommend for setting up an iptv service. i currently don't have any iptv service in mind but would like to get everything in place before buying a subscription.

Which zgemma box do you have,if it is a star 2s it might be a bit slow.
