IPTV link in TS media

I'v got a IPTV test link that opens of about 50 channels. When I put this link (http...) to my VLC player on m PC, I can watch all those channels. I think that this is a link to some m3u list on remote IPTV server. How to put that link (http.......) to TS media on my Dream???
