iptv m3u problem!

Hi help needed, strange problem i have got , got new virmin internet , tried a test for iptv m3u worked decent enough , extended the sub but when i tried it nothing .been in contact with supplier and he has been v.good and everything is fine his side of things but i cannot get m3u files working at all, has virmin blocked it somehow or funked up settings? Any help info appreciated.
 
I have never looked at a virgin router but have seen a few people say you need to disable IP flooding for IPTV to work properly. No idea where that setting is but I'm sure a quick Google search will help
 
Switch off websafe ring them at u having problems with netflix

sounds like the issue is with the account, open the m3u up via notepad and then pass your provider the user and pass on the m3u, you can clearly see it on it.
Get him to confirm the details with you
 
he tried 2 lines and said it was working fine his end? Do i need to do port forwarding (new vm broadband)?

But you said it was Working fine, and then it stopped. SO it did work once at the start.
Get someone else to TEST this outwith your Network, and then you can defo tell
 
the test worked then i extended the sub then nothing , and was sent another m3u file but couldn't access that mmm

Running it on openbox,got another test from guy today and it worked fine!
