Iptv not working

Hi all I've just got the app for my smart tv iptv also paid for it went to try it as someone is doing a subscription but nothing is seem to be happening with any of the channel's it just sells buffering with blank page ??

Have you contacted your supplier to ask if everything is ok there end and let them no your issue

Yeh I have while I been doing it they say everything is fine there end it's just my end I been through every channel no pic comes up just like UK by shows details then at the bottom on the right it says buffering and nothing happens
 
Was you able to watch channels before you bought the app or have you not been able to view them from day one from getting a sub.

Not been able to view it I paid the 5 odd fee for the acutel app then the guy said he give me a free 12 how trail to try it out
 
Might sound daft but what time did the trial start. Like leader said,did you send him your MAC address. Have you tried coming out of the app and turn modem off then back on then try the app again

No not daft at all we did it last nite but we had the same thing he asked me to change the adult setting on my broadband to adult only did this all today as he set me up another 12 hours but it's just the same the mac he as because the guild dose come up just no working channels
 
If it was me I would get a test from a different supplier to see if it is the current supplier just fobbing you off
