iptv on lg tv not working but working ok on box

hi all wondering if any one can help me out I have multi room iptv one on my lg tv and one on my box (tx3 pro) both have been working fine but the box is still fine but the tv isn't when I launch iptv it will load the channels but when I click on a channel it goes back to the launch page my provider has tried to help but with no result if any body can help please let me know thanks for reading this
 
hi just checked mac address on tv information and its still the same but I thought mac address was unique to device and couldn't be changed

that's what i thought too but I've known mac addresses to randomly change in the past, not just smart tvs, firesticks too, usually only temporarily, but when it changes, the m3u can't be accessed.

if you've verified that the mac is the same then it could be a provider issue, have you manually uploaded the m3u to the mac at siptv yourself?
 
have you paid for your smart iptv app? - it expires after a week if you don't pay the 5 euros for it.

Ask your provider for the m3u and upload it yourself at the siptv website?

have you tried a test from a different supplier?
 
hi paid for the iptv app about 6 months ago and every thing was fine until a couple of weeks ago
havnt tried a test from a different supplier yet
 
need to go out for a bit now don't think me rude if I don't reply just thought id let you know thanks for your time
