I've been using iptv on it my smart tv app on my TV for a year now and had no problem, I usually change my supplier every 3 months!, but the new supplier everytime I click on a channel it says buffering! But the VOD bit works fine, all the channels show and my Internet connection it's really good!, anybody know what the problem could be?
 
sounds like your supplier, there are a lot of crooks out there ! did the service work to start with ? they may be having problems.
i use smart iptv with no issues.
 
as chopper said it sounds supplier related. Can you download perfect player on your phone or another device? if so do that and see if its the same
 
Try the sub on another device if possible or look at using a vpn,Other option is to try a different supplier and get a test m3u file.
 
Does anyone know who the most reliable iptv provider for all uk channels and 3pm kos ( no resellers ) for smart android tv
