IPTV PLAYER help please no longer getting cover pics

hi all
On my IPTV player for movies etc I used to get DVD movie covers on screen alongside description but can't anymore ?

I get STS error downloading message

Any ideas please
Checked settings but can't see anything

I'm on the latest update and no issues , did you go into configuration ? In there you can change display options and allow formats , might need changing ?

Check you hdd or USB you should see a folder. Inside there's folders with cache and cookies. Delete all contents. Reboot and try.
