This should be normal to do this already on your VOD channels..
What are you playing the VOD back on, is this working via a Plugin like Extreme TV or XC Plugin?

I am playing the VOD channels from the bouquet they are in on the Zgemma box. I dont have and players like XC or Extreme TV. Should i be using one of these players if i want to pause, rewind etc. At the moment i cant do that when when watching the VOD channels from the bouquet there in.

I am sure they should still allow you to pause and rewind etc from the Normal Bouquet.
I am sure it will be a little messy for you having all the VOD in your bouquet, it would be worth getting your M3u Line from your supplier, and then setting up XC_PLUGIN for you to access the VOD via the plugin, easier to navigate and it is separate to the bouquet.
If that makes sense, very easy to setup and can help you out if you need it.
There maybe a better way etc, but that's the way i prefer and do for others, and it seems to work nicely..

is there a guide for separately sending VOD to xc_plugin?
my provider says its not possible without a second sub. i use xtream editor with an m3u to get my channels onto the box.
also VOD through the EPG isnt ideal. you can rewind, but not fast forward. so if you want to jump ahead you cant

I got a reply from my IPTV provider and they have given me instructions. but when they say "let them know the code" do they mean let X tream know, is X tream a charageable service ?
Copy the file onto a USB drive and connect the USB drive to your Enigma 2 box
Install the plugin on your Enigma2 box. Enigma2 is available in many different versions (Images). How to manually install a plug-in varies by image however the steps will be similar to
Menu
Setup
Software Management
Install Local Extension
Select Source – your USB drive
Install extension
Select the extension XtreamTV_0.0.1_mips32el.ipk.ipk (press OK to select)
Green button to install
Restart Enigma2.
Press Menu. You will see a new option XtreamTV, select this option
In the top right you will see an ID: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
Let the team know the code and we will set you up.
Once the team lets you know that you have been set up, press the blue button to validate.
You now have access to our live channels and our VOD

They need your Mac Address for your Box, so send them this once you have installed the Plugin.
Launch it once installed, and you'll see your mac address in top corner, send them that and then you press the blue button once activated
This is the Extreme TV Plugin, and not the XC_plugin

thanks, do you have their website link. i can only fine https://xtream-editor.com/ is this correct.

No m8, you need to send your MAC to your IPTV Supplier to activate on the Server for you... do not send it to the above... They will not activate for you..

Both the same to be honest, I prefer the XC Plugin... but that's just me, but both as good..

Yes & No. All depends on your Supplier and Setup etc on the server m8... Should be ;-)
As mentioned above I have both plugins and bouquets, I use the bouquet for the TV and but tend use xtremetv for vod, but it require a multi sub to do this as one is m3u file the other is a separate MAC, if I could separate vod on from M3U it would be great but not sure if it’s possible?

If you have an m3u file you can use the XC multi stream plugin and add lines onto it. Ive used it in the past for the VOD of my main IPTV bouquets supplier

Sorry mate, the post I made about moving the thread or linking it to area of the forum I suggested (the Zgemma box section) was intended for the thread OP @hiranuk, it's just so as that people are aware there is a section that lists all the Zgemma boxes and he said his box was a Zgemma, that's all.
