Iptv problems

Hi all bit of a long story but I need some advice
i have a working Zgemma 5.2tc working fine iptv except vod is not with subscription.
so my mate wanted the same so i used image of my box whoosbuild put it on his and it all worked fine
but with my xe line from vendor ,so I reset his xe to get new code to send to vendor,as he did ,his line appeared
in xe and so downloaded bouquets and epg which it did
but it will not play anything on epg,I have done this several times now,and vendor has sent line ,even with a fresh downloaded image
still won’t play,spoke to vendor all he says is download bouquets and epg ,getting read to throw the towel in
any help would be great

I would edit your post if naming a supplier as you can or will get banned is stream type set to 40097 in xe
