Hi Guys,

I have recently bought a IPTV sub, all has been going well but i've noticed when I am watching something that may have a fair few viewers there is lots more buffering/problems with the stream. Is this something I will have to get used to once the football season starts or is it merely a coincidence?!
 
Yes mate by in large everything else is fine, occasionally have a problem with a channel here and there, and tends to be when its something that may be popular. Just worried it may get worse when the premier league starts!
 
Try another channel or sub?!

Other channels are all working fine, as is the sub 99% of the time. The 1% of the time its not seems to coincide with me watching something that may have lots of viewers, as I am unaware of how IPTV works (I'm not very technical) - I was just wondering if it is usual for the quality of a channel to dip if its being viewed by lots of people
 
Maybe not. I have issues watching Sly Atlantic, it's all jittery and out of sync. I'm using a zgemma box with openvix. However, I setup my sub on a fire stick and the channel worked fine. The supplier said it was working fine so thought I'd double check. In my case I think the zgemma has the issue and I'm hoping someone on here has a solution. Could it be settings related? Ive no idea. Anyone?

In your bouquet, do you have the line beginning for Sky Atlantic as 1:0:1 or 4097:0:1

If it's set to 4097:0:1, change it to 1:0:1, as I had issues for Atlantic when 4097:0:1, but with 1:0:1 is fine...
 
I'm relatively new to this so apologies. I take it I'm looking in that folder on the box through FileZilla? If so there are no numbers in that folder.eg "userbouquet.suls_iptv_UK_Entertainment.tv". All lines are similar only words no numbers.
