Iptv reflash query

hi

My iptv bouquets were showing up as "n/a" yesterday so I contacted my provider and he adviced to remove old script and put a new script in that he sent. That didn't work so now he's messaged to reflash the box and then put in!

Is there a way I could avoid a fresh reflash and get it working? When I paste the script it connects and starts downloading and configuring but doesn't go any further.

I've got a zgemma h2s on openatv 5.3.

Did the old script install epg importer. You could try deleting that then try running the script again

Yeh epg importer was already installed on my box. Il have to try what you suggest when I get back from work.

Removing epg importer didn't work. Anyone else got any more solutions?

Don't understand why the need to reflash if the supplier has changed the username and password!

Same would happen with me with 5.3. Seemed to work ok on 6

id just re flash the box,because 90% of the time u can sit for hrs trying to figure out whats up and still end up having to reflasjh anyway

I'm beginning to think the reseller is having me on.

He said the script is working fine his end but wouldn't properly install my end and kept on saying to reflash or remove script and install new script which I did. It just wouldn't work. So got a test and started working fine. Might need to get a new supplier.

sometimes this is just a timing issues due to the amount of bouquets that are being setup, if you've still got the original setup you were seeing the "n/a" problem with, next time they show up as "n/a" just do a restart gui and check if they show up then, does sound like a script /autotimer issue though

Really annoyed. Still got a week or so left and iptv line is still not working even after flashing latest wooshbuild onto it!!

That happened to me. I noticed something was wrong in the script emailed my supplier he corrected it sent me a new script now all is fine
