IPTV Smarters Pro - jittery

installed IPTV Smarters Pro on 2 different firesticks and the HD channels are jittery. The standard SD seem fine and VOD seems fine.
I know its not the subs as they are fine and work fine on older app IPTV Smarts (not pro)

Has anyone else come across this or know how to fix?

Yes mate I’ve come across it on pro yesterday was Juddery! Must be a bug or software issue! happens on all channels but used xciptv! Worked perfectly

Try selecting hardware player or use vlc or mx player I think it's called

Yea change player to vlc and see if that helps... under settings--> player selection

You may want to try an app that uses m3u rather than the stream api.
There’s been an issue recently of xtreme api being attacked.

Not every provider will give out m3u so api maybe the only option for some but if m3u available I would use that lol

This problem is just because the box isnt up to it.
You can fix this in player settings and changing the decoder from whatever it's on to native. No need to change players

Has anyone got the VPN running within app?

Had it running on a trial vpn server mate you need zip file certificates for which ever provider you use

Yes confirmed working with smarters if VPN server is configured correctly. Works great
