IPTV stops working and box requires a factory reset to work again

Morning all

Anyone else have the Buzz TV Classic?

I gave this box to my daughter and will be getting it back from her at the end of this week as its stopped working a few times now.

Each time it stops working, iptv will simply show a black screen. Each time we have had to factory reset the box and re-enter the provider details.

Anyone else have this issue?

Ive tried clearing the cache before each factory reset.

Is it possible to re-flash the os on this box, wondering if it just needs a clean install?

I will be able to give more details on Friday once I have the box back however I was just curious if this behaviour has been seen before?

Do Buzz have a uk support team or is it USA only? Be great to figure out whats going on with the box :)
 
I tried contacting them via live chat this week, but no reply. Will give them a call instead. I think I have narrowed it down to the wifi card. Got the box back yesterday, connected to wifi but couldnt get the buzz tv 5 app servers page to connect out to the internet and xc api portal. Plugged in with ethernet and it is working, hoping it continues.
