IPTV strange issue

Hi. All
Both my grandson and i use the same provider, and both use the same software Smarters on a LG tv. Just recently my grandson as lost the sports FHD/HD Channels. When i try his sub on my tv,it works fine, but is missing the mentioned channels on his tv.

I would welcome any suggestions, just to say his internet speed is fine.

The tv is less than 12 months old.

Not a fan of smart Tv apps get a proper android Tv device it opens up so much more choice.

The odd thing is, it was working fine up until a month ago. I do agree about a android tv device, but it is a curious one.

Get him to try your sub on his Tv and you use his sub might work 🫰

Have you tried it on your phone via WiFi and or data. 👍

Reinstall the app.. install another recognised app
