IPTV xtremeTV and Xtreme Editor plugin problem

Hi guys,

so after some help from experts on this forum I managed to try 2 plugins (xtreme TV and xtreme editor through apk files) on my xpeed LX2 (Enigma 2) box. But everytime I try to launch a IPTV channel, the screen goes blank and the message says 'Mode not supported. Resolution not supported. Change the resolution of the external device.'

It doesn't seem to be a problem of my smart TV.
Don't know what to do. I don't know how to check resolution or where to change it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

just to add...when I play satellite channels, there is no problem.

and finally found the solution. Just posting here in case anyone comes across similar problem.
Changing the a/v setting on the STB by disabling 'automatic resolution' fixed the problem.
