Which app is your daughter using on her TV . Is it smart stb or which app as it depends on the app

still uses mac addy off device can only have 1 mac at a time

I set it up on her tv with her Mac address it loaded but won’t play so tuck it to mine and it loaded and played

wont matter on tvs if firestick it will use the stick mac must b a lock script from supplier

Or it could be that the TV may not have the latest HDMI standard and so the Fire Stick can't "handshake" with the TV. There could be a firmware update to needed to the TV, so have a look into that. You could also try unplugging the TV, let it set for a minute, then plug in the Fire Stick and turn it back on. That way it could handshake from scratch.
