Freesat if you use a dish. (DVB/S)
Freeview if you use an aerial. (DVB/T)

Set up tuner and scan for channels

I’ve done all the but no luck says the tuner no found.

Well first thing we need to ascertain is whether your using an aerial or a dish?

Have you done a signal test on the tuner?

I’ve done a signal test all good,using a dish,it’s when I restart the box it says no tuners found don’t make sense.

Open autobouquetmaker menu and set freesat scanning up in there and save settings.
Set it to scan daily

you will need to turn the vm tuner off aswel n make sure as above tuners setup n in abm set to freesat
