It's image dependent. If you have VM cable, In EPG settings, see if Freesat and VM EPG is enabled, then put box on channel 100 or 400 (VM Preview channel) for a few minutes and see if you have EPG. For non-freesat Satellite, then use the CrossEPG and enable OpenTV for 28E and download. Pretty self-explanatory really.
