Is Spanish Movistar+ satellite 19.2 signal clearing via traditional method October 25?

I used to watch all Movistar+ channels on my mutant box but a few years ago all went south. I wonder if things have changed and it's possible to watch Movistar vía the same way I used to watch on 19.2E. thanks.
