Is there a way of getting IPTV on Opera TV Store

My dad has a finlux Smart tv. You can download apps from Opera TV Store.

Just wondered if there is anyway of getting an app that can show IPTV. My Smart IPTV app on a samsung is great but not available on Opera TV store.

he can get it on a firestick.
failing that he can watch via VLC media player on laptop or comp and cast it to his TV?

depends on how old the tv is i have seen itv running on sony bravia using opera stop
