is there a way to wipe a V8S and start afresh?

things are constantly going wrong, i can get sky sports for example but not the first one on the list, i have to find sky sports (alt)(bskyb) and it used to be the same with btsport.. but that does not work at all now. its like the box is all jumbled up? is there a way to just start again?

just put a different channel list on a usb, and upload, have you tried to update via the network setting? mine has latest firmware and uk channel list available that way

no mate its ok that strength . download a channel list and update via usb
